Dana Kunze did a target dive (he aimed for something) from 172′!!! And, he did a triple somersault on the way down.

I did a half somersault once over a pile of mattresses and my right kneed folded in and broke my nose. It changed my life, kept me out of pilot school, all sorts of things.

Dana Kunze waved, talked, saluted and smiled for the camera before he took his dive and came out with a world record.

And, what about the dudes who had to climb up there and attach the cameras?

Where’s those 13-year old Chinese divers when this world record is at stake? Huh?

And, why not this event in the Olympics?
